Following the tragic death of our good friend and Patron David Kenwright earlier this year. We are privileged to announce his wife Tanya Kenwright will be officially joining us as a Patron and continue the work David started. This is very brave of Tanya so soon after David’s death, but the foundation is close to her heart and she wanted to continue on in honour of her husband.
Tanya will be supported by their daughters, friends and family of her and David, all of whom were already supporters of the foundation due to their relationship with Chris. Also David’s football club Wittering Harriers have expressed a desire to support the foundation and already have plans for a tournament later in the year. Finally a large number of military personnel who served with David are keen to show their support in David’s honour. They recently put a team of 150+ members in last month’s 100k in May challenge, all in David’s memory.
Chris, Stephen and everyone at the foundation would like to welcome Tanya on board. It’s fair to say she has tremendous support and we want to show our gratitude to you all. This is testament to the man David was and who’s missed by many. We’re proud to have so much support and the opportunity to have all who love David fighting on in his honour, just like he would have.
