On March 22-24, 2024, we are staging possibly our biggest fundraising event yet. As core team of 16 ex-footballers will take on a 175 mile route between Bradford City and Liverpool calling at 17 other football grounds along the way. It will take nearly three days to complete with the core team of 16 walking the full route continuously in relay.
In addition to the core team, we encourage anyone to come and register a team of walkers to complete a section of the walk along with core team. Full details can be found on the Redwood Events site here
We are also looking for 17 companies to sponsor the stages between each of the grounds. For a minimum donation of £200, each of our stage sponsors will have their name added to the back of the walkers t-shirts and their company logo on the event banner. Most of all you will be providing great support to the Foundation and the MND community.
Whether you join as a walker or just to provide support, this walk will see the football community coming together to support two of the most inspirational individuals. Come and join us in showing support for Stephen, Marcus and the Foundation as a whole.
