In September 2019, Stephen was invited to visit Rangers FC to meet Steven Gerrard and the first team squad in advance of last year’s Steps 4 Stephen fundraising walk. Together with former Bolton legends Tony Kelly and John McGinlay, they visited the training ground to meet the first team squad and to watch them train. The following day, they were guests of the club to watch Rangers beat Livingston at Ibrox Stadium.
The Rangers players and coaches where really supportive of Stephen and wanted to show their support. Today we heard from the club and they have made a substantial donation to the Foundation.
